Pfft. I had so many odd issues trying to complete this mission. Getting the uniform on is no small task. Even when you do get it, it turns out you have to have read the note about the code a second time, and then you must disable the EMPs in order.

Back to Danny and the little plane can now spy freely.
Ugh the next mission is for Danny again, and returns us to Edgar's Scrapyard. Flame on!
