World of Warcraft has created a new housing package called the Grimtide Estate. It includes an exterior that is truly excellent, using Kul Tiran architecture, and an interior foyer with a few side rooms that is very reminiscent of Waycrest manor mixed with Shrine of the Storm. Tentacles everywhere!

There are furnishings to be purchased as a pack or individually.
I have thought that all previous offerings of home decor on the shop have been cheesy, badly designed nothings. This, though!
I want it! It is reasonably priced. It is spectacular in every way.
Why not get the exterior interior package?
The plot for your home is very small and this looks like a large home size which would eat up all of your outdoor space. I am just getting started on seasonal displays for my yard and don't want to wipe out that ability.
The interior takes 20 room allocation building points, I believe. I spend my room building budget as soon as I get it and can't even guess how long it would take me over the course the next year to save those points so I could place this package. I'm not tearing anything down to make room. Nope.
The interior room has only one connection point. This means you have to choose carefully where you place it in your building plan as it is a dead end room. Can it only be on the first floor of your house? Is it like the Daylight Circle Room and you can't place rooms above or below?
On the plus side, the furniture package is only $10.00 in real money. ($25.00 for interior exterior). If I buy that package, I can use that in my existing home, and and I can get additional pieces from the in game shop. I want it all, so almost certainly I will buy that package. The furniture is so great! So cool. Well done.
There is of course a huge furor on the forums and elsewhere because it was promised racial decor would never be offered on the cash shop. Interesting to see how that goes.
This exterior/interior package is only available through December 1, 2026. Have to decide!
